What is covered
- The carpet, upholstery or area agreed before work starts.
- Visible cleaning quality that can reasonably be improved by re-checking or re-treating the affected area.
- Clear discussion before payment if the result is not what was agreed.
Inspect the agreed clean before payment. If something within the agreed scope does not look right, raise it before the job is closed.

Raise the issue during the final inspection before payment where possible.
If you notice something after the visit, contact Fibre & Fur as soon as possible with photos and the job details so the issue can be reviewed.
Where the issue is inside the agreed scope and cleaning can reasonably improve it, Fibre & Fur may re-check or re-treat the affected area.
Where the issue is caused by permanent damage or contamination beyond what cleaning can restore, Fibre & Fur will explain the limitation clearly.
